How do I add or change my trip criteria?

What if I change fleets or seats? What if I transfer to a different domicile? What if I am TDY for a month?

You simply modify your personal information page to reflect your new fleet, seat, and domicile.

Can I be notified of Air Mobility Charter (or CRAF) ID's that start with a deadhead?

Yes. This option is available for 400 and 777 pilots to be notified of these ID's in addition to ID's in their respective domicile.

How will I be notified of open trips?

You can be notified by email to any email capable device. This can be any wireless device that accepts text email (an alphanumeric pager, a cell phone capable of receiving text messages, a wireless PDA, etc.) or your home email account. Simply select your notification preference on your personal information page.

My Cell Phone has both voice and text messaging. Will that work?

Yes. You can use your cell phone's text messaging. Usually, all you have to do is specify an email address in the form of "Phone#@provider.com" or "Phone#@provider.net". For example, if you have ATT, your phone's email address would be "3334445555@mobile.att.net". If you have Sprint, your phone's email address would be "3334445555@messaging.sprintpcs.com".

You can send yourself a test message to confirm it is working properly from your home computer. Once you get it working, you can then enter the phone's email address on the NowOpn website. Check with your phone provider if you need any further assistance establishing text messaging on your cell phone.
